Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to study co-dependencies between individual metacognitive components of professional activity (which manifest themselves human behavior) and successful accomplishment of a creative professional activity. 237 workers took part in this investigation. Usage of metacognitive acts (such as planning thinking activity, process regulation, and results estimation) in performing professional activity leads to better productivity.
