Abstract :
In Ontario the Electrical Utility Industry is amongst the safest in the world with a WSIB (Workers Compensation) rate of about 1.5% of pay roll. Nevertheless E&USA insists that workers be proficient in rescue in preparation for the unlikely event of an accident. This paper explains the most recent techniques we have developed which has eliminated the fear of a falling accident during rescue practices
