Abstract :
The 2nd IEEE Global Humanitarian Technology Conference is sponsored by the IEEE Seattle Section and Region 6. As we did last year, we´re bringing together engineers with reps from NGO´s, academe, industry, government and funders to discuss projects, new technologies, identify needs, help find new project partners and share with other attendees.
