Abstract :
Through observation of the learning process in humans, one finds that punishments and rewards play a somewhat important role. The judgment of whether the action should be punished or rewarded and the decision of the degree of punishments or rewards are two major problems in such a scheme. The authors propose a heuristic criterion algorithm to solve these problems and apply it to a fuzzy controller
