Abstract :
The problems associated with the management of Internet sites that require dynamic content or constant changes has led to the production of the article. http://www.smart-city.com.au is a local government Internet site which has made use of Smart-Web to alleviate the bottleneck that is encountered at the Web master when highly dynamic Web content most be altered. It was found that such content could be much move easily handled if the owners of the data had access to change both the data and the structure of the site. The Smart-Web menuing system has been in use since September 1999 and can be viewed at http://www.smart-city.com.au
