Abstract
To determine the C2 (command and control) relationship networks nodes´ communication ability in consensus situation awareness quantitatively, the communication process aims at situation sharing in consensus situation awareness is analyzed. Against the background of C2 relationship networks, formal description on the nodes´ communication ability in consensus situation awareness is made based on the model of OODA and three basic experiential hypotheses is given. Then the quantifiable model of nodes´ communication ability in consensus situation awareness is built, and the analysis results of the model can be well explained by real world experience.
