Abstract :
Along with the increment of disturbing loads in the power system, the effect on network that is brought by the power quality problems, become increasingly serious. Based on the market bargaining principles, the power price should be affected by the disturbance of loads. However current power price system fails to reflect the factor. Evaluation of load´s disturbing property and analysis of its influence to power price is performed in this paper. The load current can be decomposed into three parts: instantaneous active current, instantaneous fundamental reactive current and instantaneous distorted current by the generalized instantaneous reactive power theory in dq0 coordinate system. The reactive current emission factor reflecting pure resistance of load and distorted current emission factor reflecting load´s linearity are defined. According to these two factors, the evaluation method of the effect of the disturbing load on the power price based on allocating compensation equipment´s cost is presented. The method provides some basis for contract´s subscribing in the future. The calculated example shows the feasibility of above method, as well the degree of the influence of the disturbing load upon the power price
