Abstract :
Based on a large amount of samples, through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, this paper builds a second-order factor model of family enterprise successors. Dimension of personal characteristics includes influence, authorative orientation, confidence, customer orientation, initiative, self-learning awareness, consideration, and self-control. Dimension of managerial skills includes self-cultivation abilities, expertise, motivating and commanding abilities, and information acquisition abilities.
