Abstract
The emergence of the internet has a profound impact on retail real estate. There are two diametrically opposed views on this issue among present theory sector. Two main models referring to the management of online shopping have been introduced at the beginning; this paper has analyzed the intrinsic mechanism of how the internet has affected retail real estate. Finally, the significance of this study is proposed combining with the domestic practice.
