Abstract :
The multiconductor transmission line capacitance matrix for a densely-packed CNT bundle interconnect is computed by moment method solving the 2-D integral electrostatic problem in the transverse plane. The equivalent single conductor (ESC) capacitance is then evaluated self-consistently.
