Abstract :
In the paper, you can see the task of system synthesis with intelligent properties and analysis of their functioning in conditions of uncertainty. The definition of a system´s functioning is entered on the basis of enumerating factors. Synthesis of the required control law is provided depending on appropriate state uncertainty. A structural-algorithmic mechanism of a system´s functioning is developed for dynamic systems with intelligent properties, it generalizes known structures of control systems. This mechanism reflects the ability of the system to have its own presentation about the character of its functioning and is based upon interaction of the model´s dynamic part in state space with distinguished parts with intelligent properties being looked at. For the synthesis procedure it is possible to present the distinguished part as an intelligent transformer. The synthesis problem is based on the functional-set approach, which is used effectively under different uncertainties
