Abstract :
With the rapid development of power systems in China, the voltage/reactive power control becomes more and more important. The hierarchical voltage control is proved as an effective method to ensure the security, stability and economy of power systems. A secondary voltage intelligent control method and implement based on the fuzzy expert system is proposed in the paper. In order to augmenting voltage security and stability, the reactive power devices in a control zone are controlled in a coordinated way. Some simulation results of secondary voltage control at Zouxian power plant demonstrated the feasibility of the method
