Abstract :
The work presents an attainment of cooperative solutions in multi-person, single-objective decision problems for situations with the following complexities: (1) closed-loop performance assessment via a complete statistical description, (2) cooperative decision selection via output feedback, and (3) respective jamming confrontation and random realizations from a malevolent opponent and a stationary environment.
