Study on the factors influencing house purchase price in China

The current continuous increase of the house purchase price is associated with a series of social and economic factors. The increase of the real estate price exerts a significant effect on the government, the real estate merchant and the consumers. Thus, we have to study on house purchase price in China without a second´s delay and the study will have a profound pragmatic meaning. This article is bound on data of house purchase price from 1992 to 2008. We analyzed factors related with house purchase price with multiple regression analysis and predict the average house purchase price of the following three years with time series analysis method.
