Workflow and its implementation of digital-publishing based on KaaS

Based on the analysis of traditional publishing industry´s status in China, probes into the relationship between publishing and information service in the network environment. In accordance with digital publishing´s features, it also tries to define the concept of digital publishing and proposes the idea of Knowledge as a Service (KaaS). Finally, suggests that traditional publishers should build up a unified knowledge managing process, namely reengineer their workflow in view of KaaS and an organizational structure which is adapted to the process.
