  • Abstract
    A new ElGamal public key cryptosystem based on polynomial over finite fields was presented. By this new cryptosystem, multiple messages were encrypted at the same time. Based on this new cryptosystem, a polynomial Elgamal digital signature was presented. By this new signature scheme, multiple messages were signed at the same time. The security of them is mainly based on the intractability of discrete logarithm problem.
