Abstract
The dynamic model was established and analysis was made on steady response periodicity by Lyapunov transform in the time-variant stator vibration system of radial piston pump. Measurement mechanism was designed to test the steady response period of stator of JB32H-type radial piston pump. It is concluded from analysis and test results that the stator vibration system is periodic and its period equals the ratio of the angle between two adjacent pistons to rotor speed. When the ratio of excitation period to stator vibration system period is irrational number, the stator steady response is non-periodic, while the ratio is rational number, the stator steady response is periodic, and its period equals the lease common multiple of excitation period and stator vibration system period.
