Abstract :
The study of personalized recommendation in E-commerce has become the hot topic in the study of E-commerce application. This thesis puts forward a method of personalized recommendation evaluation in E-commerce based on customer satisfaction, constructs a target system of personalized recommendation evaluation in E-commerce based on customer satisfaction by the approach of AHP, and enhances the objectivity of evaluation result by combining gradation analyses method with grey evaluation method. Finally, the thesis verifies the validity of the method by evaluating the personalized recommendation of dangdang.com.
