Abstract
This paper makes a conceptual description for the tourist service supply chain, constructs the tourism service supply chain model, explores the tourism service optimization mechanism of the whole supply chain. The tourism service supply chain was divided into the service supply chain based on the core of travel agency and the services supply chain based on the core of independent tourists.
