Abstract :
This paper business by building capacity of fixed assets, profitability, increase the value and technical capabilities, asset structure and risk-resisting ability of the Performance Evaluation System, Establishing performance evaluation criteria. Assignment of various indicators and comprehensive evaluation by AHP method, establishing a scientific and rational system of fixed assets and methods of performance evaluation index system for enterprise asset performance management, asset management performance assessment to provide basis for decision making.
