Abstract :
In this paper a full-order MRAS (model reference adaptive system) based speed sensorless drive of an induction motor is presented. By using the proposed MRAS method not only single parameter estimation but also multi-parameter estimation can be realized. The estimation method is applied to a direct torque control drive for induction motor. Simulation results validate the proposed system
