Abstract :
A previously proposed technique for robust adaptive beamforming using a one-dimensional linear array (J.H. Lee and J.F. Wu, Proc. IEEE Int. Conf. on ASSP, p.2740-43, May 1989) is extended to two dimensions. Two algorithms for the implementation of the 2-D robust technique are presented. A comparison based on computational complexity is made. Computer simulations are given for illustration
