            Abstract : 
Based on Nhibernate technology and thinking of Inversion of Control (IoC), a multi-layer framework for web application based on .Net is designed and implemented to overcome its weaknesses of the traditional three-tier structure for the development of web applications. The overall structure of multi-layer framework and the implementation steps are introduced, and characteristics of multi-layer framework are analyzed in this paper. The experiment of applying the framework to graduate project management system shows that the framework has good reusability, scalability and maintainability.
