Abstract :
Quality management is becoming more and more important. In order to offer decision-makers a rational support, the paper gives a framework of the QDSS (quality-oriented decision support system). The authors adopt a data warehouse to store the historical data used for decision making and analysis to overcome the disadvantages of a traditional DB. They make use of the analysis method of statistics, a method to fix the sample size, sensitivity analysis, a multivariate linear regression model, and a fuzzy judgment matrix model to build the model base of the QDSS. The paper presents a main process of the system
