Abstract :
On behalf of the IEEE, the IEEE Systems Council and all those interested in Systems Engineering in the large-scale environment, may I welcome you to beautiful San Diego, California, and our fourth International Systems Conference. We are here to address large-scale Systems-of-Systems of global significance, and the Systems Engineering needed to achieve success in such. This is the stated mission of the Systems Council and of this Conference.
