Abstract :
This paper gives two types of complex Hadamard matrices, whose elements take on {±1,±i} with i=√-1. The complex Hadamard matrices include binary Hadamard matrices, whose elements take on {+1,-1}. One is constructed by a real-valued Bent function and the other is constructed by a function related to Bent sequences
