Application of separation principle in Management innovation based on TRIZ

Research of Management Conflict Resolution Matrix based on TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) is the important direction of study of the innovative tools of management, who´s main task is filling innovation principles into Management Conflict Matrix which already been constructed. On the basis of case knowledge of separation principle in management, the thesis fills separation principle in preliminary Management Conflict Matrix one by one through analysis and induction of resolving conflict aiming at management question, so provides the standardized tool frame of utilization of separation principle in management innovation.
