Research on enterprise value creation process and implementation model in supply chain

In supply chain, business objectives are changing from own value creation maximum into their whole value creation maximum of supply chain. From the connotation of supply chain value creation, we discussed supply chain process and implementation of value creation, gave supply chain value creation process and implementation model, and discussed main realization methods of supply chain value creation process, we hope that value creation can provide an operational approach for rebuilding of supply chain systems.
