Abstract :
On base of the analysis of the whole logistics system, three powers including pulling of the requirement, drive of the benefit, control of administration which start and sustain the logistics activities are provided in this paper. Besides the above content, the author also made a research on the relationship between those powers, mathematics description of the objects for the powers and how the three power work.
