Abstract :
Electrical impedance tomography (EIT), is a non-invasive imaging technique with widespread applications in medicine and industry. It aims to image the conductivity distribution within a test volume by making electrical measurements on the surface of the volume. A new method concerning multi-frequency EIT has been developed and a new formulation of forward matrix is found. The full information contained in the complex tissue conductivity can be obtained. The results of the algorithm using a current distribution to maximise the structural information are presented
