Abstract :
This paper, with the International Development Enterprise Project as the main line and the help of Struts2 framework and caching mechanisms, establishes B/S multi language system design model. Firstly, we analyze the encoding pattern of JAVA and give the reason of using Unicode encoding.Secondly, give the design and optimization program to the database detailed,Thirdly, by analyzing the advantage and disadvantage between distributed and non-distributed caching strategy, propose to use caching mechanisms to reduce the frequency of the database server access. On the end, this paper details specific applications of the model with cases, and realizes the unlimited expansion of the system to international languages.
