Abstract :
The effect on the decolorizing of simulated wastewater by plasma catalysis on anodic Ti needles in liquid was studied. The decolorizing rate of Rhodamine B was measured, which was related with the peak value, pulse frequency, distance of electrodes, depth of the needles under the water, Na2SO4 concentration, pH. The reaction rate constant was about 0.0298 min-1 under 500 V, conforming to the first order reaction kinetic model The results showed that TiO2 formed on Ti anode enhanced the discharge under low voltage of 500 V, and liquid plasma TiO2 on the electrode catalytic system naturally integrated during the discharge which can enhance the effectiveness of discharge.
