Abstract :
In this paper, the bottleneck process in the production of Electric Resistance Weld pipe is identified and an optimal production plan model whit earliness and tardiness penalties is built. Based on the model, a genetic algorithm is designed. The computation results show the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm.
