Current situation and strategy research of sunshine sports at rural middle school in Henan

By using the methods of documentation, interviews, and questionnaires to investigate the current situation of sunshine sports in 32 rural middle school of 9 cities. The result shows that the structures of RE. teachers´ age, teaching years, education are rational, but the leaders´ emphasis is not enough, lacking equipments and funds, higher authorities supervise ineffectively, the management and incentives system are not perfect, the teachers´ security incident stress is big. These factors seriously affect the sunshine sports development. Then I provide countermeasures according to the problems.
