Abstract :
In paralleling converters, it is desirable to have a directly connected structure because of compact size, low cost, simplicity and easy expandability. However, the parallel converters may have interactions due to their nonisolation. This paper develops an average model of the parallel converters in rotating coordinates. Based on the model, interactions between the parallel converters are analyzed. Because of its symmetrical structure, the parallel system can reduce both the common-mode dv/dt noise and the differential-mode current ripple with a proposed modulation scheme
