Study on the tracks of technology upgrade of ICT enterprises

ICT enterprises become more and more important with the developing of economics. Studying on the technology upgrade of ICT enterprises has positive significance. Researching for technology upgrade is a very new field, and most researches are still focused on technology innovation especially in traditional manufacturing industry. This paper starts with definition and classification of ICT enterprises. Three types are brought forward: manufacturing type, high technology type and service type. Then based on product innovation, the basic concepts, trajectory model and its influencing factors of the general product update are refined and summarized. At last, the technology upgrade tracks in each type of ICT enterprises are induced.
