Abstract :
Relationship Benefits is important research marketing theory, and this paper combed the relationship benefit in relationship marketing paradigm and concluded the main constituent elements of the Relationship Benefit. On this basis, according to dynamic character of enterprise´ dealing with information flow of Relationship Benefits, the author established the Stochastic Petri net model based on Relationship Benefits, and by using example in order to analyzed the importance of it, further which is of great significance for distributing enterprise marketing resources and formulation of marketing strategy for enterprise.
