Abstract :
97´s Engineering is carrying out a large scale real-time network in the whole country. By using new network technology, the paper has proposed and realized the plan and design of the enterprise network system of 97´s Engineering, according to the present situation of Lanzhou Telecommunication. The backbone adopts the technology of 100 Mbps high-speed FDDI and Switching 100BASE-T and can be applied smoothly to ATM. WANs employ E1 fiber between bureaus. The combination of double devices and double circuits has guaranteed the safety of the whole system. The system is a 100 Mbps high-speed information channel in the switching kernel
