  • Abstract
    This paper deals with the analysis, design and control of a small solar photovoltaic system. A PV array of 54V is taken as an input and its output voltage is achieved as 230V AC using a flyback inverter. A closed loop control for maximum power point tracking (MPPT) and a current shaping are used to optimize the system. And incremental conductance algorithm is applied for MPPT. The simulation of the developed model of the designed system is performed in MATLAB platform. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate its performance.
