Abstract :
In the optimization process of alternatives for military communications based on effectiveness, how to judge the best alternative is a difficult work. The robustness analysis method is put forward to solve the problem on the basis of Monte Carlo simulation, and the framework of this is established. Mainly include how to fit the Beta distribution of each criterion´s value with known data; and how to calculate the alternative´s Probability of Best (PoB) based on effectiveness evaluation and Monte Carlo simulation. Take the military communication alternatives optimization in an operation as an example, the proposed method is testified to be feasible and effective.
