Abstract :
For the purpose of LSSC construction, logistics service integrator´s customers from different industries are clustered and analyzed by integrating performance concerned-based segmentation dimension with business based segmentation dimension from the view of logistics service integrator. Fuzzy cluster analysis which is integrated with the grey relational analysis (GRA) is used to realizing LSSC´s benchmark performance evaluation and customer clustering. At last, for each customer cluster, some strategic suggestions about how to construct LSSC for different customers in different segment are proposed that can be helpful for logistics service integrator to realize the balance between and profit of enterprise and customer value.
