Abstract :
This is the proposed kind of layered policy representation framework (LPRF). It is explained from two aspects namely policy definition and policy description. In policy definition, the definition of layered policy types embodies the conduct-driven capability of a policy. In policy description, LPRF presents a kind of policy description language LPRL and formalizes it using EBNF. Meanwhile, concrete policy description sentences are given which are then validated and analyzed by examples. At the end, the author analyzes and summaries the hallmarks of the LPRF, in presenting some advantages and characteristics of LPRF by comparing it with some of the primary policy description frameworks in the world.
