  • Abstract
    A variable length fast Fourier transform (FFT) module is proposed in this paper, which can perform all the lengths of the long term evolution (LTE) standard with high efficiency. Although the hardware complexity of the proposed scheme is slightly higher than the fix length FFT, it can implement the variable length FFT efficiently. Moreover, the proposed scheme can achieve a high throughput speed which satisfies the requirement of the real time orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signal processing for LTE system.
