Abstract :
Based on hierarchy-factor analytical method, in the paper scientific and technical strength of various regions in Hebei province were measured and compared in 2008, the results is that the rank of Shijiazhuang is first, the rank of Zhangjiakou is seventh, and so on. These not only reflect the development conditions of the scientific and technical strength of Hebei province but also present a decision to local government for improving the scientific and technical strength.
