Abstract :
Plug-Universal Database-aided Design Program (PUDDP) has been designed and realized for the lack of visualization and management of database table, whom changes spread programs extend about Oracle, SQL and Access under the software design background in discrete manufacturing execution system (DMES). ldquoWYSIWYGrdquo has been used for the development of DMES, and plug-universal database-aided design concept was proposed at aim of solutions to discrete industry with the aide of DMES. According to the characteristics of PUDDP designed by Delphi 6.0 combined with the aim of universal, this program used .ini to save the configurations in order to unify all link model and increase flexibility. It was very qualified for the development and implementation of software. In the testing and practice, the visualization level has been improved, software development has been reduced and database resources could be easily managed. Finally the efficiency of software development has been greatly improved of configurations with the help of PUDDP.
