Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
We can easily use Media all the time and out students show their interest of using Media. The definition of Media include many parts. Among these, the reason of choosing Internet is the usefulness. People easily contact and use it. I had to combine English and Internet. And I chose the more interesting text, children´s literature. The merit of children´s literature contain many things. Using this merits, I was focusing on student´s desire of English.
