Abstract
As an important means of developing human resources, domestic and foreign enterprises have set up a large number of corporate universities in recent ten years. However, Chinese traditional unlisted state-owned enterprises didn´t make much achievement. This paper analyzes the reason therein and the need to establish corporate universities for Chinese unlisted state-owned enterprises from the perspective of Company H. Results show that there is necessity to set up corporate universities for such enterprises and it is much important for unlisted state-owned at a particular stage of development.
