  • Abstract
Dynamic spectrum access and adaptive spectrum allocation can significantly improve the spectrum utilization in dynamic spectrum market. To achieve this, it is important to incentivize the primary license holders to open up their under-utilized spectrum for sharing and adaptively allocate the spectrum to meet more secondary users´ reliability transmission requirements with minimum cost. In this paper, we propose a highly available spectrum allocation service model, which uses parallel mechanism to improve the transmission reliability. We present an effective algorithm to select transmission channels for secondary users. Simulation results show that spectrum utilization is significantly improved and purchase price from secondary users is relatively stable with our proposed model.
