Abstract :
Supply chain financial is effective way to solve financial difficult and perfection and richness bank credit structure for small and medium enterprises. This article analyses basic structures and processes of the supply chain financial, builds credit control, the property control, third-party controls and financing mode from upstream and downstream stable trading channels on supply chain financial. Also, it expounds the supply chain financial risk control system and measures and methods.
