  • Abstract
    In terms of graphical network topology management which bases on the Web as well as can be operated dynamically, the typical resolution is to embed particular Applet programs into Website with the usage of Java Swing. Its bottleneck is that it has no instant response and force users to wait so much time. To solve these problems, we utilize SVG which has strong qualification of operating the graphs combine with Ajax to realize highly efficient interactivity. In the paper, the technological advantage of SVG and the principle of Ajax are analyzed firstly. Then a method of graphical network topology management on the basis of Ajax and SVG is adopted. The graphical management which is discussed in this paper not only supports Web service, but also satisfies the need of dynamic operation.
